Your package will be delivered to your door directly from the facility by our own delivery driver not by courier companies.
In BC Lower Mainland, each city is designated a delivery day.
To find the availability and delivery day of your area, please refer to the MeatBox Delivery Schedule and Map.
DELIVERY TIME
Our drivers will delivery between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We will email or text with the approximate arrival time on the day of delivery so please be ready to receive your order. Without a written notice we cannot leave the product at your doorstep therefore there must be someone to receive the order. We will always try our best to be on time for the deliveries however, traffic or unforeseen circumstances may affect our schedule.
If and when these circumstances occur there may be a reschedule of the delivery day or time.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery is free on purchases over $99. Otherwise, a $8 delivery fee will be charged. We recommend sharing a delivery with friends for free delivery!
PICK UP
Pick up is also available in the Burnaby location during business hours on the day following your completed order. Please leave a memo for the date & time of the pick up so we have your package ready for you.
